Giving Back to the Community
Chef Frédéric believes that great food builds connection, not only at the table, but within the community. Over the years, he has generously donated his time and expertise to support local causes, including volunteering to host multi-day food and wine lectures for the Mammoth Lakes Foundation Food & Wine Event.
For three full days, Chef Frédéric led educational tastings and culinary discussions, sharing his knowledge of technique, wine pairing, and terroir with attendees. His participation reflects a long-standing commitment to strengthening Mammoth Lakes’ cultural and culinary landscape.
