During his time in office, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger visited Mammoth Lakes and dined at The Lakefront Restaurant at Tamarack Lodge.

Chef Frédéric prepared a menu reflective of his classical training and commitment to seasonal ingredients; an approach that earned the restaurant national recognition.

Governor Schwarzenegger later endorsed Chef Frédéric’s cookbook, joining other notable patrons including Danny DeVito, Tony Scott, and additional leaders in film and entertainment.
